Tirta Empul
Water blessing at Tirta Empul

Bali is known as The Island of the Gods and chosen as the top destination by Trip Advisor, 2017.  It is the perfect place to recharge, renew, reboot. You’ll have time to nourish your body, mind, and spirit while you discover aspects of the Balinese Hindu culture during your unique vacation with a small group of like-minded people. Looking for ten adventurous, curious, flexible and community-minded travelers to join me in one of my favorite places on the planet,

February 19 – February 28

Limited to ten people. No big tour buses! Personalized.

Galungan marks the beginning of one of the most important religious ceremonies in the Balinese calendar.  Celebrating the victory of Dharma (the Good) over Adharma (the Bad), it marks the time when the “spirits of the ancestors” visit Earth. The last day of the celebration is called Kuningan, the day the spirits leave the earth again.

Everything is personally arranged for you by me, Alexsandra Trevor, (AKA as Smart Alex Coach). I fell in love with Bali on my first visit in 1989 and lived there from 2011-2018.  I’d love to share this remarkable place with you as an experienced and knowledgeable trip leader, I’m available to answer your travel questions before and during your holiday.
